Shipping

Every item you purchase with us will be hand-wrapped with love and shipped to you, anywhere in the world, for FREE! If you’re in Europe, you should get your items within 5-7 days from when you passed your order. Other (far far away) places might take longer, but not that long. Expect around 10-15 days. We want to make shopping as easy and fun as possible, with a minimum of extra costs and logistics. If you’re in If you have any questions about shipping, please contact us.

Returns / Refunds

We want you to love us. Therefore, we will gladly accept returns and issue a full refund for 1 full year (that’s 365 days!) from when you receive your items. If you would like to exchange an item on your order, we can also do that! All we ask is that the item is not used, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box and/or packaging. The box that the items were originally shipped in can be reused if the sizing is appropriate. We kindly ask that when you send the items back to us, you choose shipping with tracking code. We wouldn’t want it to get lost along the way, do we? For returns from destinations outside Europe, or for any other questions or concerns, please contact us. Unfortunately, we cannot extend this return policy to resellers of our items. All refunds are processed within approximately 7-10 days upon arrival at our distribution center. Customs, Duty Fees and Taxes

Enjoy Worry-FreeTM shopping with us! We’re based in sunny Portugal, so any European customs or duty fees have already been paid by us. We pay these fees so you don’t have to, which means that the total billed at checkout is the final amount you pay, inclusive of VAT, with no additional charges at the time of delivery!
